Learning Collaborative Discussion Forum
The RHP 8 Learning Collaborative Discussion Group was designed using the Google Group™ feature and is an open forum where anyone interested in the 1115 Medicaid waiver can exchange ideas on a variety of topics. Both Google account users and non-Google users are able to actively participate in the forum. Non-Google users have limited access in regard to how discussion threads are posted and received; only being able to post and view discussions via email rather than through the web-based portal. Topics posted to the discussion group should be focused on collaborative activities, including but not limited to:
- Behavioral Health & Primary Care Cohort communications
- Project implementation
- Challenges faced
- Lessons learned
- Celebrating success
- Testing and implementing best practices
- Community engagement and community partner involvement
- Continuing education opportunities
A Quick Reference Guide for the discussion group has been developed. This guide serves as a basic resource that will allow you to better understand how to navigate the discussion board and begin collaborative communication among peers.
