RHP 8 hosted its first face-to-face learning collaborative of DY4 at the Texas A&M Health Science Center in Round Rock. Panelists presented real-life best practices, success stories, and challenges related to patient navigation, behavioral health, and children’s health programs in school systems. Our welcome address and keynote speakers shared overviews related to behavioral health in Texas and across the nation. Attendees received an overview of the RHP 8 Behavioral Health/Primary Care Cohort. Regional Opportunity - RHP 8 Second Semiannual Event - Georgetown

RHP 8 hosted the second, face-to-face event to be held in DY3. Stakeholders from across the state came together to learn about big data and big health. Regional Opportunity - RHP 8 Semiannual Kick-Off Event – Round Rock

RHP 8 kicked off the regional learning collaborative with the first of two, face-to-face events to be held in DY3. Stakeholders came together to review the collaborative structure and the IHI model the structure is based off of, as well as learn about the PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) quality improvement methodology.
